Knoco in Spain is represented by Neos, headed by Joaquim Carbonell.
He believes that as knowledge is in people, people are the basis of every KM project. He enjoys working on KM projects accompanying people and organizations on their improvement processes. He leads consulting sessions sharing his knowledge and experience and inviting participants to do likewise. He develops sessions based on dialogue and assisting people to analyse and reflect about their commitments and responsibilities with the project and their company.
Joaquim holds a Business Administration diploma from the University of Barcelona (UB), a Marketing Management Diploma from ESADE and he is Master in e-learning at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). Since 1999 he is Managing Partner at Neos where he develops projects about Knowledge management, Training in soft skills related with KM, and Strategic business planning.
