Glenroy has great practical and academic competence essential to successfully planning and implementing KM in organizations. He has been operating in the Energy Sector for the past thirty-five years globally, regionally and locally in Trinidad and Tobago, where he has been engaged as Strategic Project Management Consultant for Oil and Gas majors. He has an extensive experience in building high performance teams to attain stretch goals and targets via transformational leadership for major projects.
Glenroy is a Certified Knowledge Manager (KMI certification), and a BSc Mechanical Engineer, MSc Production Engineering and Management graduate from the University of the West Indies, MBA Finance and Marketing graduate from Andrews University, USA, and MSc Strategy Planning graduate from Edinburgh Business School, UK.
In addition to providing consulting on KM design, planning, implementation and auditing, Glenroy also develops curriculum and facilitates courses in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems and Project & Risk Management, and is also a Certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015. Glenroy is currently pursuing a DBA with Edinburgh Business School, UK, with a thesis on "Realizing the Strategic Value of KM via Business Simulation".
