Our history
Knoco was founded in 1999 by Nick Milton and Tom Young, drawing on pioneering Knowledge Management experience at BP. Over more than two decades, the organization developed a global reputation for practical consulting, assessments, Knowledge Management strategy, lessons learned, Communities of Practice, knowledge retention, and implementation support.
The Knoco brand and core intellectual property transitioned from Knoco Ltd in the United Kingdom to Knoco International in the United States. Today, the organization builds on that heritage while extending its work into Organizational Intelligence, responsible AI readiness, professional education, and international delivery.
