Ambassadors are expected to act professionally, protect the reputation of Knoco International, and represent the organization accurately and respectfully.
- Represent Knoco International professionally and accurately
- Promote KM as a practical discipline that improves performance, decision-making, learning, and AI readiness
- Identify potential opportunities and make appropriate introductions when there is a clear fit
- Avoid making pricing, delivery, legal, or contractual commitments on behalf of Knoco
- Protect Knoco’s brand, methods, materials, and confidential information
- Use approved language and branding when referring to Knoco
- Maintain professional conduct in public, online, and client-facing settings
- Disclose relevant conflicts of interest and operate within the Ambassador agreement
