Knoco Ambassadors serve as professional advocates for Knowledge Management and for the Knoco International brand. Ambassadors help create visibility, identify potential opportunities, make introductions, participate in professional conversations, and support the growth of a global Knowledge Management community.
Unlike Knoco Affiliates, Ambassadors are not expected to formally deliver consulting services unless separately engaged in writing. The Ambassador role is designed to be simple, professional, and relationship-based.

Ambassadors are trusted professionals who may speak positively about Knoco, introduce Knoco to potential clients or collaborators, participate in selected events, and help expand awareness of Knowledge Management as a practical business discipline.
Ambassadors are not employees, agents, legal representatives, or formal business parties of Knoco International unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The role does not create a legal partnership, employment relationship, or guarantee of paid work. It is designed to be a clean, professional way to stay connected to Knoco and help advance the field of Knowledge Management.

Ambassadors help promote the importance of Knowledge Management, organizational learning, lessons learned, knowledge retention, and AI-ready organizational knowledge.

Ambassadors may identify relevant opportunities, make introductions, and connect Knoco with organizations that could benefit from Knowledge Management consulting, training, or advisory support.

Ambassadors help extend Knoco’s visibility through professional networks, conferences, articles, webinars, academic communities, and industry conversations.
Knoco Ambassadors are expected to act professionally, protect the reputation of Knoco International, and represent the organization in a way that is accurate, respectful, and aligned with the Ambassador agreement. The role is intentionally simple, but it still carries responsibility.
Ambassadors should understand that they are helping represent a global Knowledge Management brand. That means communication, introductions, and public references to Knoco should be handled with care.

Important distinction: A Knoco Ambassador is not the same as a Knoco Affiliate. Affiliates may have defined regional or delivery responsibilities under their agreement. Ambassadors focus primarily on advocacy, introductions, visibility, and professional relationship-building.
