Minimum eligibility
- Successful completion of the Certified Knowledge Management Professional (KMCP) program through Knoco International
- A master’s degree or higher in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a relevant related discipline
- At least 10 years of hands-on Knowledge Management experience in strategy, governance, implementation, operations, learning, retention, communities, or related work
- A current professional CV or resume demonstrating KM roles, responsibilities, and measurable results
- Willingness to execute required confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements if selected to move forward
What strong candidates demonstrate
Successful candidates combine KM expertise with executive presence, sound professional judgment, communication skill, client credibility, and the ability to translate KM principles into measurable organizational value. Relevant experience may include building KM programs, establishing governance, lessons learned, knowledge retention, communities of practice, taxonomies and knowledge structures, organizational learning, and AI knowledge readiness.
