Knoco International has opened a free knowledge management course in Malaysia for professionals and organizations. The Knowledge Management Foundations course gives learners a practical introduction to how organizations create, capture, share, retain and apply knowledge.
A practical starting point for knowledge management
The self-paced course is available through the Knoco Academy. It is designed for professionals who are new to knowledge management and for experienced practitioners who want a structured refresher.
Learners who complete the program and pass the online examination receive a Knowledge Management Foundations Certificate through Knoco Institute. They can add the certificate to LinkedIn, resumes, CVs and other professional records.
